3. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide all necessary content, access credentials, and approvals in a timely manner to prevent delays. The client is responsible for reviewing work and providing consolidated feedback.

4. Payments

• All invoices are payable according to the agreed schedule.

• Work begins only after receipt of the initial deposit (if applicable).

• Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per month.

• Services may be paused or terminated due to non-payment.

5. Intellectual Property

• Final deliverables become the client's property upon full payment.

• Preliminary drafts, mockups, or concepts remain the intellectual property of the service provider.

• Use of third-party assets (fonts, plugins, software) may be subject to separate licenses.

6. Revisions

• Packages typically include specified rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated.

• Additional revisions will be billed separately at the current hourly rate or a flat fee.

7. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party tools or services (e.g., hosting, plugins, APIs). We are not liable for downtime, updates, or issues caused by third-party providers.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep project materials and business information confidential and not to disclose them without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the service. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
