Refund Policy

Understanding our refund terms and conditions for digital services

We strive to deliver high-quality services and client satisfaction. However, due to the creative and digital nature of our work, the following refund policy applies:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are granted only under the following conditions:

• The project has not yet started.

• No major design, development, or consulting work has been delivered.

• A written request for cancellation is submitted within 7–14 days of payment.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

• If any part of the work has been delivered (logo drafts, website pages, code, etc.).

• Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of communication, missed deadlines).

• Third-party costs (e.g., domain registration, hosting, plugin fees) are non-refundable.

• Projects canceled after substantial work has begun or been delivered.

3. Partial Refunds

At our discretion, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed. Time spent on project planning, communication, design drafts, or coding will be deducted.

4. Chargebacks

Clients agree to not initiate chargebacks without attempting to resolve issues with us directly. Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a breach of agreement.
